The Certificate in Strategy, Leader and Leadership provides, first of all, an understanding of the meaning of strategist, leader and leadership. These are trending terms, but ones that few people actually understand.
The program, in partnership between Dauphine and the Ecole de Guerre (providing a twofold guarantee of quality), is geared mainly towards leaders of organizations, to help them visualize their actions in the long term (strategic objectives) as well as their effects over time. It also helps them understand how to lead others towards success.
Lastly, it is led by three outstanding instructors: a Grandmaster of the game GO, a Doctor in leadership, and an air force General. All three of them maintain an impressive synergy.
The certificate confers important skills for both professional and private lives.

I was fortunate to be able to take the Certificate in Strategy, Leader and Leadership as part of a unique partnership between Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and the Ecole de Guerre. The session content is extremely rich, combining civilian and military leadership theories. The dynamic between the 3 instructors, from the civilian and military sectors, was a wonderful balance and gave us the essential theoretical components as well as the practical tools to help us grow as leaders, to become strategists and to consolidate leadership.
