1. Requirements
This program is designed for professionals wishing to acquire or enhance strategy and leadership skills. It is aimed particularly at candidates with at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in leading people and organizations, and who wish to grow personally in this type of responsibility or in how they exercise their responsibilities.

Candidates are selected based on their experience, motivation, potential for professional development, and the transformation challenges they face within their organisation.
A telephone interview with one of our academic directors may be arranged to complement the review of your application.
