Confidentiality Policy and Use of Personal Data
Dauphine Executive Education (Université Paris Dauphine – PSL) stores contacts' personal data in the most confidential way possible and only uses this data as part of a relationship-building strategy.

We want to provide you with full information about events, programs, and services at Dauphine Executive Education to ensure transparency regarding our operations and the impact of our activities. - contact you about our services and executive education programs
- contact you about free events we put on for professionals

We take all necessary measures to ensure that the personal data we collect is correct and up-to-date. In this regard, you have the right to know what personal data we have about you, and we will provide a copy of this data upon request. Finally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Data stored for a limited period
As every item of personal data has its own expiration date, we only use and store your personal data for the amount of time that is strictly necessary for the purpose this data is collected for, and in accordance with any legal requirements. As training programs offered by Dauphine Executive Education can last up to 4 years, we will only keep your data for a period of 4 years.
Proportionality
We only use the data required for our activities.
Security and responsibility
We protect your personal data using technical and administrative security measures in order to reduce loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and disclosure. Our protective measures include firewalls and access control systems.
Dauphine Executive Education pledges not to sell your personal data or transfer it to a third party.
You have the right to access your personal data, and you may choose to:

- ask us what data we have stored about you
- ask us to delete the data we have on you
