Beyond the training itself, the entire system must ensure the project's success: legitimize change, develop collective innovation, spark change through action, and support "first steps".
Tailored processes
Training can be done at our facilities or the company's on dates agreed upon by both parties.
The detailed content of the program is co-developed and approved by the company. The company will decide on the size and makeup of the group they want to assemble. Modules can be co-led by designated participants from Dauphine-PSL and the company to provide as much context to the training and make use of contextual case studies.
We encourage the company leadership to get involved in order to shed light on certain issues, particularly during initial talks.
A certificate can be issued as proof of participation in a minimum of 8 days of training resulting in an assessment of knowledge acquired during the program.
Enhanced, open-ended management
We assemble a special team for each project.
The team consists of a program director, research professors and instructors at Dauphine-PSL, guest speakers for each training topic, an executive education manager in charge of the partnership as the company's main contact, and an assistant to handle all the administrative and logistical elements. We rely on regular contact and formalized steering committees to ensure that the program runs smoothly. Special attention is given to the design and review phases. We also rely on an evaluation system centered around three modes:
- an evaluation of the group by the key speakers/instructors
- a simultaneous evaluation of the module by participants
- an evaluation of the entire program, regarding consistency, goals, as well as logistical aspects, to be completed at the end of the program
Ces évaluations sont transmises aux intervenants et au comité de pilotage qui peut décider, à chaque nouvelle promotion, d’apporter des modifications tant sur le programme que sur le choix des intervenants.These evaluations are sent to the speakers and the steering committee, which can decide, at the start of each training period, to make changes to the program and/or the list of speakers.
