We assemble a special team for each project.
The team consists of a program director, research professors and instructors at Dauphine-PSL, guest speakers for each training topic, an executive education manager in charge of the partnership as the company's main contact, and an assistant to handle all the administrative and logistical elements. We rely on regular contact and formalized steering committees to ensure that the program runs smoothly. Special attention is given to the design and review phases. We also rely on an evaluation system centered around three modes:
- an evaluation of the group by the key speakers/instructors
- a simultaneous evaluation of the module by participants
- an evaluation of the entire program, regarding consistency, goals, as well as logistical aspects, to be completed at the end of the program
Ces évaluations sont transmises aux intervenants et au comité de pilotage qui peut décider, à chaque nouvelle promotion, d’apporter des modifications tant sur le programme que sur le choix des intervenants.These evaluations are sent to the speakers and the steering committee, which can decide, at the start of each training period, to make changes to the program and/or the list of speakers.
