Présentation of Certificate in Strategy, leader and leadership

In these turbulent times, all organizations, public and private alike, are facing a twofold challenge, namely to collectively align "thinking", "deciding" and "acting", and to make sure that strategy, leaders and leadership are as consistent as possible.

This unique program responds to this challenge by inviting all individuals in positions of responsibility to successfully design all types of strategies, and then to formalize and put them into practice.

This program helps develop three core sills:

Acting strategically, being able to take inspiration from western and eastern theories and practices
Demonstrating firm and effective leadership (social capital)
Acting as a leader (human capital) who is aware at every level, flexible, able to think ahead and design the transformation of an environment

Who is the program aimed at ?

Ce programme est destiné aux professionnels désirant acquérir ou renforcer leurs compétences dans le domaine de la stratégie et du leadership. Il s’adresse plus particulièrement à des personnes ayant déjà une expérience professionnelle de 5 à 10 ans minimum en matière de direction des hommes et des organisations, et souhaitant évoluer personnellement dans ce type de responsabilités ou dans la façon d’exercer leurs responsabilités.

Sont plus directement concernés des dirigeant(e)s issu(e)s du secteur public et privé, des membres de Comité de Direction, COMEX, des personnes identifiées comme haut potentiel, des chercheurs, formateurs(trices), etc.

Dans le cadre des liens établis entre l'Université Paris Dauphine - PSL et l'École de Guerre, 4 officiers en formation à l'École de Guerre (Niveau Commandant, lieutenant-colonel) suivront ce cursus.

1. Requirements
This program is designed for professionals wishing to acquire or enhance strategy and leadership skills. It is aimed particularly at candidates with at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in leading people and organizations, and who wish to grow personally in this type of responsibility or in how they exercise their responsibilities.
