Succeeding through principled negotiation

The new certificate designed for professionals for whom negotiation is a key competence of their activities.

Based upon the “principled negotiation”, a theory developed by Harvard University whose aim is to gather the partners around common interests for them to reach agreement, this new certificate, given in French and in English for an international dimension, is taught by experts, including Ollivia de la Vallière – lawyer graduated from Harvard University, Queen’s University, and Sciences Po Paris – and Fabienne Egal – former television announcer and host become coach in communications and media-training.

Complex negotiation role-plays are one of the challenges you will face in order to acquire the strategies that will let you overcome them. Improving your negotiation skills will lead to excellent abilities in communications and a deep understanding of interprofessional relations, all essential to your success.

After the program, you will be able to deal with conflictual, divergent, and common interests. By learning your strengths and weaknesses as a negotiator, you will also have acquired tools and a strategic structure to deal with disagreements and agreements, as well as the efficient means to handle difficult negotiators.

Designed for 6 to 15 participants, the certificate “Negotiate to succeed” will welcome the next class in November 2015.
