New: A University Diploma in Applied Insurance Law at Dauphine
The Institute of Insurance at Paris-Dauphine run by Jérôme Kullmann and Vincent Heuzé launch, in September 2015, a University Diploma in Applied Insurance Law. This high level program is designed for professionals in the sectors of insurance, reinsurance, brokers as well as credit organizations, insured companies, general insurance agents and lawyers.
This program aims to ensure that students master the legal aspects of the insurance market within its regulatory, commercial and international context, as well as acquire conceptual techniques, learn how to underwrite insurance contracts, manage claims, as well as the control of insurance companies.
Over 15 months, the program allows students to continue their professional activities. The courses will take place on Friday and Saturday mornings two or three times a month at our La Defense campus (see planning on our website for more precise details).
The admissions selection will take place between mid-April and the end of June, after review of the application documents and a personal interview before a selection jury. To apply, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years work experience in the legal, insurance or banking sectors.
