Admission process
Admission requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's or 3-year degree ("Bac+3") at least
- Having 3 years' professional experience in the culinary arts or hotel management sectors in management positions
- For professionals making a career change from other sectors, having 3 years' management experience and some knowledge of the hotel, tourism or gastronomy industries
- Being fluent in English (IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 80 or TOEIC...). A test will be planned for non-native English-speaking applicants who do not have a certification of their level.

- Copies of all the diplomas
- A detailed résumé
- Letter(s) of recommendation (if any)
- A certification of the level in English (if any)
Application deadlines:
- If your employer participates in the funding: July 3rd, 2022
- If you fund yourself 100%: July 17th, 2022
Test of English
For applicants who aren't native English speakers and cannot show a certification of their level.
Interview
With the admission committee.
Tuition fees
27 000€ including all taxes (The study trip expenses will be borne by the participants).
